
Personal Biography
Lu Chunyan, born in October 2000, conducted research on superconducting kinetic inductance detectors (KIDs) and MgB₂/Hf superconducting thin films during her master’s program. Proficient in physical vapor deposition (PVD) thin film deposition processes and micro/nanofabrication technologies, she currently holds the position of Engineer in Xue Xiao’s research group at the Shenzhen International Quantum Institute, with a focus on developing processing technologies for silicon-germanium (Si-Ge) quantum chips.
