Personal Biography
Jing Liang is an Associate Professor and Principal Investigator of the Quantum Optoelectronics Group at the Shenzhen International Quantum Academy. She received her B.S. from Nanjing University in 2015 and her Ph.D. from Peking University in 2020. From 2021 to 2024, she conducted postdoctoral research at the University of British Columbia (Canada) as a recipient of the SBQMI Postdoctoral Fellowship, before joining the Academy in 2024. Her research focuses on the physical properties and device applications of two-dimensional (2D) materials, developing advanced ultrafast/nonlinear nano-spectroscopic characterization techniques and strain/interface modulation methods. To date, she has published over 30 academic papers, including 14 as first author in high-impact journals such as Nature Nanotechnology, Physical Review X (2), Nature Communications, Science Advances, Advanced Materials (2), and Nano Letters (2).
