Personal Biography

Liu Jiaxin holds a Master's degree from Shenzhen University, with a research focus on the electrostatic discharge (ESD) reliability of thin-film transistors. During his studies, he systematically acquired knowledge and hands-on experience in the micro- and nano-fabrication processes of semiconductor devices. After graduation, he joined the Shenzhen International Quantum Academy, where he is engaged in the micro- and nano-fabrication of silicon-based quantum devices and related process development.
