On the afternoon of December 5, Zhu Yanwu, Vice Dean of the Shenzhen International Quantum Research Institute, led a team from the Transformation and Commercialization Center on a special research visit to Hefei Big Data Asset Operation Co., Ltd. The company's relevant department heads received the delegation.
The research team first toured the exhibition hall and server rooms of the "Chaohu Mingyue" next-generation computing power cluster. They conducted an on-site inspection of the operational status of this national infrastructure—the country's first computing power cluster incorporating domestically produced ten-thousand-card capability—gaining a deep understanding of the company's development status, core technological strengths, and future industrial layout plans. As the core computing power carrier of the Hefei Advanced Computing Center, "Chaohu Mingyue" is gradually building a heterogeneous computing service platform integrating supercomputing, AI computing, and quantum computing, providing a solid foundation for the implementation of Quantum-Supercomputing Convergence technology.
During the subsequent seminar, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the technological pathways, application scenarios, and industrial implementation of Quantum-Supercomputing Convergence. This cross-regional research visit established a bridge connecting quantum scientific research with data applications, promoting the precise alignment of cutting-edge technologies with industrial demands. It accelerates the transition of Quantum-Supercomputing Convergence technology from laboratory settings to industrial applications, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the digital economy.
