Coinciding with the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology and the grand opening of the 15th National Games of the People's Republic of China in the Greater Bay Area, Shenzhen International Quantum Academy successfully held its 2nd Faculty and Student Fun Sports Meeting themed "A Century of Quantum in Youth, Uniting Strength in the Bay Area for a New Journey" on November 14. Organized by the Trade Union of Shenzhen International Quantum Academy and undertaken by the Party-Mass Office, the event gathered nearly 150 faculty members, students and staff from various research teams of the academy, the College of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering of Shenzhen University, as well as the park property management department. All participants joined this grand event that integrates science and technology with sports, demonstrating unity and vitality.

In the afternoon of November 14th, five teams, respectively composed of teachers and students from the research institute's directions of quantum state regulation and devices, quantum computing, quantum sensing, quantum engineering applications, as well as administrative staff and campus property management personnel, entered the venue in high spirits and in an orderly manner.





This fun sports meet continues the "Quantum +" characteristic project design, featuring six team events and six individual events, with a points system to determine the overall champion. The competition process was both intense and full of laughter, fully demonstrating the spiritual outlook of teachers and students in terms of unity, cooperation, and courage to challenge.

After intense competitions in six team events and six individual events, the Quantum Computing Faculty and Student Team, with their stable performance and excellent collaboration, won the championship of this Fun Sports Meeting with the highest total points. The Quantum State Regulation and Device Faculty and Student Team and the Administrative Services and Campus Property Team won the second and third places respectively.
