From January 30 to February 3, the 2026 AI + Quantum Technology Youth Summit Forum, hosted by Shenzhen International Quantum Academy (IQASZ) and co-organized by Sanya International Research Center for Mathematics and Physics, School of Software, Zhejiang University, Quantum Technology Committee of Guangdong Academician Federation, and Shenzhen Society for Quantum Information, was successfully held in Sanya City, Hainan Province. More than 150 young scholars, technical experts and graduate representatives from top universities, research institutes and industries worldwide gathered to discuss the latest advances and future trends in the deep integration of artificial intelligence and quantum technology—two cutting-edge fields.

At the opening ceremony, Academician Yu Dapeng, Chairman of the Summit and from Shenzhen International Quantum Academy, delivered a welcome address.

Centered on the core theme of "Quantum-AI Integration", the Summit featured five parallel forums, covering AI-enabled Scientific Development, Quantum Machine Learning Algorithms, Experimental Explorations in Quantum-AI Integration, Frontier Advances in Quantum Hardware, and Industrial Trends of Quantum-AI Integration. Distinguished keynote speeches were delivered by Professor Lu Zhaoyang from the University of Science and Technology of China, Professor Yin Jianwei from Zhejiang University, and Professor Chang Ching-Ray from Chung Yuan Christian University (Taiwan, China).

In addition, more than 50 outstanding young representatives from dozens of institutions, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Fudan University, the University of Science and Technology of China, Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenzhen International Quantum Academy, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and Qiansui Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., shared the latest research findings and held in-depth discussions on cutting-edge directions such as quantum algorithm innovation, AI-driven scientific discovery, quantum computing hardware development, and industrial application exploration. The venue witnessed enthusiastic speeches and vibrant discussions among participants.A poster session was also arranged during the Summit, providing a broader interactive platform for young scholars.
