Amid the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, quantum technology and artificial intelligence are accelerating their integration and reshaping the global landscape. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed promoting future industries such as quantum technology to become new economic growth drivers and fully implementing the "AI+" initiative to empower all walks of life. To implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, enhance students and young scholars' understanding of artificial intelligence and quantum technology, gather youth wisdom, stimulate innovative ideas and promote interdisciplinary integration, Shenzhen International Quantum Academy, together with Shenzhen Hetao College, will launch the first Winter School on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Technology from January 16 to 28, 2026. Senior undergraduates, postgraduates and young scholars interested in artificial intelligence and quantum technology are welcome to apply for participation.

Project-oriented Learning: Under the guidance of dedicated supervisors, each team will complete the full-cycle R&D process from project proposal to final defense focusing on cutting-edge topics, during which participants will acquire knowledge and skills regarding the integration of quantum technology and AI.
Code-first Approach: Intensive Vibe Coding sessions focusing on hands-on AI and quantum programming (PyTorch/Qiskit/PennyLane, etc.), with core deliverables including runnable code and related project outcomes.
Dynamic Adjustment: Special lectures, focused Q&A sessions or Journal Clubs will be organized in real time based on common problems encountered in the projects.
Academic Fast Track: Outstanding participants will be recommended for research visits to relevant research groups of Shenzhen Hetao College and Shenzhen International Quantum Academy, or for participation in AI + Quantum Technology related activities.
Real-machine Verification: Distinguished projects will have the opportunity to access the "Quantum × AI" platform for subsequent cooperation and to test their algorithms on actual quantum computers.

The registration deadline is 12:00 on January 7, 2026. Selected participants are exempt from registration fees. The organizers will provide conference materials for each participant and purchase insurance uniformly during the event. Participants shall bear their own travel, accommodation and catering expenses.
